RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Product Return & Refund Policy – Terms & Conditions

At AmrBazaar, customer satisfaction is our priority. However, due to the nature of our product offerings and business model, we operate a strict No Return Policy with limited exceptions as outlined below.

1. No Return Policy

All products sold on www.amrbazaar.com are considered final sale and non-returnable, unless they fall under the exceptions mentioned in section 2. By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms.

2. Exceptions – When Returns Are Accepted

Returns will only be accepted under the following conditions:

a) Wrong Product Delivered
If you receive a product that is different from what you ordered, you may request a return or replacement.

b) Damaged or Defective Product
If the product delivered to you is physically damaged or does not function as described, you may request a return or replacement. Proof of damage must be submitted (see section 3).

c) Missing Items or Incomplete Order
In the case of missing items in the package, a return or reshipment may be approved after verification.

Note:
Change of mind, incorrect product selection, or personal dislike will not be considered valid reasons for return.

3. Conditions for Return Approval

To qualify for a return or replacement under the exceptions above, you must:
– Notify our support team within 48 hours of receiving the product.
– Provide unboxing video/photo evidence clearly showing the issue.
– Ensure the product is unused, in original packaging, with all accessories and tags intact.
– Provide the original invoice or order confirmation email.

5. Return Shipping

-If the return is approved, AMR Bazaar will bear the cost of return shipping.
-You will be provided with instructions for courier pickup or drop-off, depending on your location.

6. Refund & Replacement Policy

– Refunds are only issued in cases where a replacement is not possible.
– Refunds will be processed via the original payment method or bKash/Nagad within 7–10 business days.
– For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via mobile financial service (e.g., bKash).

8. Policy Changes

AmrBazaar reserves the right to modify or update this Return Policy at any time without prior notice. Customers are encouraged to review the policy before making a purchase.
